Yeah I was fine, I've never really struggled with maths in high school. It was just in year 12 I thought I'd be better off to focus on my top 4 intensely and I subsequently did practically nothing for methods (literally 3 VCAA practice exams, maybe 12 pages of set exercises for the whole year - yeah I was badass haha).. So with effort I did well. Calculus was very difficult, basically specialist maths without the physics bit in 12 weeks time.. And my score in that was very different to my methods score in year 12, which really did show it was more of a matter of effort than any lack of skill/talent in maths (I'm sure it'll be the same for you!). So if you just keep up with the work you'll be fine, just make sure you work hard! However you'll be doing a new course called 'Maths for Biomedicine', since it's new there's no point asking any students about it's difficulty/content cos nobody has ever done it!
Btw, next time maybe just PM the relevant people in older threads because heaps of old and perhaps outdated threads are getting revived just to ask one question clearly aimed at a single member, so you're probably better off just PMing them
