Almost definitely duration (given Federer's style of short points and Cilic quick service games when he manages to hold serve). It could still be a 4 (an average of 42 mins per set) 5 set match with more games as a result and still only go for less than 2 h 49 mins.

That was an awesome match, so glad Fed won, 20th Slam title for him, and it just highlights how great a player he is. Loved that game!

Not sure about the roof being closed (good reasons + protocol) but its still an outdoor event.

Anyway always great to see someone as great as fed humble win or lose. He'll skip the clay season so 21 at wimbledon. 8)
