btw quick question: my 2u test next monday consists of year 12 trig, logs and exp and i have done most of the chapters on cambridge for these topics (ceebs application of differentiation and integration, trig graphing). So for this week should i practice hsc papers or syd grammar papers (yea i printed from 01-16).

Sure is - It's been around for a while! ;D

Do the Trial Papers, save the HSC exams for closer to the real thing - And go back and do those chapters you missed!! Imagine how much you'll kick yourself if you forget something from one of them ;)

Do a nice healthy mix from everything - Like, an area question with a trig function there, a volume question involving an exponential here, a tangent to a logarithm there - Just get some practice applying the knowledge to practical problems, even just a handful

Yeah I normally just start from development. I don't think extensions are necessary for 2u test right

quick question, so in the 2014 hsc 2u multiple choice q7 i the number of solns  (sinx -1)(tanx + 2)=0 0<x<2pi i got C, which is 3. The ans on boardofstudies says B (2). However when i used graphing calculator i see 3 solutions. So, which is right??
