Did you all pick the 'no HECS' option in that section of the enrolment? So then you can change it later?

From the information above the form:

If you do not currently have a Tax File Number (TFN), you should submit this form selecting the upfront payment option. At a later date you may re-submit the form with your TFN, selecting the deferred payment option.
