It amuses me how the elite private schools can complain about poor cohort.

lol true.  i've said this before but there is a big difference being ranked say 5th in a good private school compared to being ranked 5th in most public schools.

This is purely because the 5th best exam mark at a private school is clearly going to be much higher than the 5th best exam mark at most public schools.

Ideally, I'd like 48+ seeing as I've done a fair bit of maths recently, but I guess I'd be content with a 45.

Since my course needs a 25 prerequisite for methods, what is the minimum marks I would be looking at to at least get in with?

so it could be getting
40/40 exam 1, and 70/80 exam 2.

haha i always thought exam two would be easier since i cheat doing homework with my calculator .___.
but in unit 2 exams, i did much better in exam and only lost a couple of marks
so now i'm lost....lawl

lol.  i try to avoid using it at all costs accept in tests.
it is so tempting sometimes though.

that having been said, non calc exams are relatively straight forward.  simple questions without too many steps and only basic calculations.
