That happens if you don't add enough excess H2SO4 in a redox titration? What will happen to the results?( what will happen to the amount of iron)
FYI: determining the amount of iron in fertilizer by titrating it with KMNO-4

If there's not enough H+ ions in a redox reaction, it will not be completed to the complete stage of reaction, and hence your calculated mass of the iron would be lower..


actually, you may not even get a complete reaction, as you wont reach the end/equivalence point, and hence wouldn't get a colour change at all..
