Do you guys think that I should do a Biology 1/2 or a Psychology 1/2 in Year 10? How hard is Psychology?
Thanks :)

yo.

taking psych 1/2 now, and can honestly say that it's one of the least difficult of all my subjects. there's a bit of memorization and regurgitation and there are very few if any application skills (slightly more yr. 12-ish). having said that, if you're interested in the content matter then go for it. psych 1/2's pretty easy to do well in, and you cover topics very broadly and without any detail. i don't take bio, but from my friends i've heard it's slightly harder, and there's a fair bit of memorization/detail as well.
i think that if you're going to take both definitely then maybe go for psych in yr 10 first? take bio 1/2 when you've built up a base of knowledge from yr. 10 science and focus on getting psych, which is a content heavy subject out of the way? honestly it depends on what you're passionate about the most. maybe make a pro/con list - think about stuff like how well your school teaches the subject, teacher's opinions, areas of interest?? if you know for sure you're taking both then go for either one, it doesn't matter to much, just make sure you love the subject!

good luck! hope my input helps! :)
