Hey there!
We'd love to help you, but you might want to be a little more specific/ broad, because AFAIK, the only place that offers a course strictly titled "Bachelor of Clinical Science" is at Charles Stuart Uni (Orange, NSW). What type of clinical science do you mean? Are you asking to become a GP, a physiotherapist, an exercise scientist, simply a physiology major or something else? You can check out some of the options at
VTAC Course Search if you're Victorian or
UAC Course Search for NSW, see what sorts of ATARs you need there and then calculate those scores through the ATAR calculator here on AN (click "calc" at the top) to see if you can make it.
Using VTAC/ UAC Course Search will provide information as to what you need to do to get into a clinical-science-related course at X Uni, because not all of them will be purely entry by ATAR (e.g. you might need UMAT). You can also check out the necessary pre-requisite subjects, which will allow or prohibit entry to a course without bridging courses or transferring. This is something you'll need to research a little to understand, but a good guide to entry to uni can be found
here and
here for VIC and
here for NSW.
We'd need more info to discuss what scores you need like what subjects you're doing, how you've gone so far in SACs and what your cohort strength is. You can ask this type of question
here for VIC or
here for NSW.
tl;dr: We'd need to understand which state you're from, your current subjects, wants, career intentions and which state you want to study in to give you more helpful advice.
