How long should we be spending on this? And how many examples/factors should we talk about if it's do to with the internal and external sources or the driving and restraining forces

its like 1 minute 50 per mark. well that what i did an exam too.

i think maximum to spend on the 10 marker, is 20min.

the examples and factors all depend on the question, may ask for driving and restraining forces or might not,

if it is a question like

JP Kotters, driving and restraining, internal and external sources, then maybe spend a bit longer, but a quick example for each factor shouldnt be too hard id say. just to show that you do understand the theory.
