The sun sets on ANville

This was it. The town had enough! But it didn't mean that the voting was easy. The town had great difficulty voting on a person to hang, shifting from person to person, as if knowing the weight this would have on them if they hung an innocent villager. As the sun began to set, fingers started to point towards S200, the quietest and shiftiest person in town. Shocked, S200 couldn't do anything, he was outnumbered, today would be his last. The town set up the gallows and tied S200 to it, and with a pull of a lever, S200's life had ended. As the town watched in horror, some villagers noticed some items had fallen out of his clothes. Shurikens....? That's Odd. But then it got mortifying, S200's body began to morph as if it were shifting in and out of two different forms, before stopping as a large, furry, sharp-clawed creature. The relief washed over the town. One down, One more to go.
