What do you guys do when you have short study breaks? I've been trying out the pomorodo timing technique and that sets aside short breaks. Sometimes I check social media or play with my dog, what are some things you folks like to do?

How are you finding the technique? :)

I usually go for a bit of a walk - often to source coffee haha.

Yeah, I really only started the other day so I haven't really made up my mind about it. I'm not used to essentially being told when to break. I feel like it could work, but I just need to get used to it and make sure I don't get distracted in breaks. I often eat in my breaks too haha, find a cookie or something else to snack on.  ;D

I usually read about interesting things on reddit or pet my cats during study breaks. Might have some cheeky banter if my family is around.

I usually go and google some really interesting article, however sometimes a short walk* does absolute wonders! :)

(*I've actually started walking more often, 10/10 recommend)

IDK if this is just me but I check the fridge even if I know there's no food inside  ;D ;D. Most of the time I listen to music during my small study breaks. I try to stay away from interesting stuff because it usually ends up with me reading on for like 20 mins without realizing the break was over.
