What is GA when you get your subject scores?

I was looking at my friends study scores and each subject has GA three times and a mark next to it. Could someone please explain to me what it is and how it works? Thanks

GAs are grades which are used to determine a study score.

For example, in an English-bases subject, the GAs are:

GA1: Unit 3
GA2: Unit 4
GA3: Exam

In maths, the GAs are:
GA1: SACs (unit 3 & 4 combined)
GA2: exam 1
GA3: exam 2

In subjects with a mid-year, the GAs are:
GA1: exam 1
GA2: SACs (unit 3 & 4 combined)
GA3: exam 2

It seems quite complicated, but in the end, it all adds up somehow.

GA stands for GRADED ASSESSMENT - SACs, SATs, EXAMS - each GA score are combined to determine your overall study score.
