Are first round change of preference completely closed.

Hi Guys. I am a VCE student applying for Monash University next year. I was wondering, can you currently change the VTAC preferences in any way possible or is that I cannot change the preferences at all during this period (until the 16th of January) ?

To be honest, I'm not sure if change of preference is currently available, but whatever changes (if possible) made now will not be considered for December round offers. If it's not available, then your next bet to make any real changes to your preferences will be at 4pm Dec 18 and will close again 4pm Dec 20 until early next year.
