Hi all.
When I was doing my VTAC application in october, it asked "would you like to apply for scholarships?". I said No - as i thought that i would not have achieved a high enough ENTER score. It turns out that I did - BUT the applications have closed now. What can I do now?  :(

Give Monash a call... They'll be able to tell you what to do. Calling them wouldn't hurt!

2007 46 Biology   42 Methods

lol don't even get me started on scholarship dilemmas. brief summary: i want to do science/law at monash, but law does not offer scholarships to anyone other than rural students, and although i was awarded a science scholarship, the science faculty does not allow the scholarship recipient to do any double degree under the scholarship... so short of getting 99.95, it is impossible for me to get a scholarship to do science/law and i had to turn down the only vaguely applicable scholarship available, a science scholarship... grrr
2009 ENTER = 99.85
2010 - Science/Law at Monash

a friend also wanted to do science/engineering i think (majoring in maths) but is now only able to do one or the other (on a scholarship). it seems silly to turn away students who would do double degrees, as these would be likely to be the more academic students, and hence be those students the faculty would wish to attract...

A fair amount of people applying to monash get ENTERs over 95. With a 95.70, you're unlikely to get it but it doesn't hurt to apply. You might get lucky and if you do that would be awesome for you
Religion and Society (38), IT - Software Development (45) English (35), Chemistry (49), Methods CAS (48), Specialist Maths (50)
ENTER: 99.15

he got a science advanced with honours scholarship, which i guess doesnt really apply. still seems silly not to be a bit more flexible.

@methodsboy that's what ill be doing too - how do you go about re-applying?
