Commencing Students:
If you have not applied for scholarships for 2010, you must wait until you receive your course offer and set up your Authcate username and password before you can submit a scholarship application.

When do we set up the "Authcate username and password"?

During enrollment or you can do it before hand when you get your offer

So I've received an offer and created my AuthCate account. I tried logging in after clicking "Apply Now" with my AuthCate username and password and I can't get in. Any help please?
