Hi guys, I just have a few questions about getting into Melbourne's Doctor of Optometry course and some other random uni questions.
1. How difficult is it to maintain a H2A (75%) weighted average? I've been looking at the guaranteed entry scheme for the Melb OD and that and a 98.00 ATAR is all that is needed. What do you guys actually think about this guaranteed entry scheme?
2. Does a H2A (75%) mean that you are in the top 25% of the subject cohort?
3. Do you actually get paid for clinical training? (don't really care but it'll be a massive bonus!
)
4. I do Monash's uni math course, does that mean I can skip the compulsory maths subject for biomed? Should I do it anyway to try get a higher GPA?
I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to the way uni works so any answers will be very helpful.
Thanks!
