I'm more upset by the Bourke street attack than any before because I knew the man who was killed, I met Sisto last year at Pellegrini's during a school excursion... He was a lovely old man and absolutely made our day. Why are the media so concerned about what the government said about the nature of the attack? Should they not be more focussed on the father, grandfather and friend that was brutally stabbed to death while going about his daily routine in the street?

I'm sorry to hear about the loss ^^, but I do think that the rationale is that the government should not be scapegoating a religion because of one person's crime.That only causes more grief and internal conflict for an already somewhat marginalised community. Communities like such, can always receive more hate over a certain period due to the comments of governments and/or media. In the case of the Bourke St attack, it was the comments of the government.

Yes it is a tragic case, that the kind man you knew, was killed in such a way (my full condolences), but alas, the media sees the generalisation of a community (rightly so) as a much bigger issue.

Why do very few people stay until the end of the credits at the movies? I always feel like I have to sit and just process everything, plus you never know if there is going to be an extra thing at the end.

Well after every single movie I always google “<movie name> after credits”. There’s a million websites that come up that simply say whether there is or isn’t anything after the credits without spoiling it.
