what can I expect for psychology?

I've been getting High A+'s for my SACs this semester with a couple of 100%. I got an A in the mid-year psych exam and averaged A+s - A's in first semester. What study score would I be looking at if i achieved another A or A+ in the end of year exam?

Hopefully high 30's maybe even low 40's dependent on your end of year exam and subsequent SAC scaling. Hope that's what it is cause' i'm in the same situation

Thanks heaps, I'm trying my hardest to get in the 40's for psych. If I do, it'd make life so much easier

Maybe a raw of low 40's but scaling may bring it down to high 30's? What do you think is the estimated scaling for psychology this year for the new study design?

I've averaged a B all year in sacs, and pulled a B in the mid year exam.
If I can do a B in the second exam on Monday, would I be looking at mid-low 30's?

Well i could be wrong but my guess is the study score would be in the range approx.
I mean i did biology last year, for got A's on both Mid year and End of year exams and my SAC's were a medium to high A+ and i ended up with a 39 Raw.
So my guess is that you generally need at least two A+ to crack into the 40's

My friend got 41 with a B+ and A+ in accounting.

You CAN get 40+ with a single A+, but it has to be damn high

I've been getting C's all year in SAC's, my teachers a really hard marker so no one in the class gets much over a B and most are C's. But I got an A+ in the exam, if i get another A+ those C's should be brought up shouldn't they? My teacher told me her classes sacs went up last year so im thinking im in the running for 40's? :)

That's fairly unusual ^ Because usually, sacs for psych are really easy.. you must get really hard ones right, judgin by your midyear?

yeah :S she makes them pretty hard, like she'll pick out bits of the course that people over look, and she also marks really hard too so yeah. But I got A+ in the exam so I guess it trained me to be better for VCAA assessment :P I just hope our sac marks will go up like they did last year for her class

Well you got A+ on the mid-year, so regardless you can certainly get 40+
If everyone did poorly on the SACs, but performed well on the exam, then they will definitely go up, a lot.
