Contribution of Energy Systems in a 1500m Race!

Hi,

Could someone please give me a few pointers/ideas for the different energy systems an athlete would use during a 1500m Race? Would the Lactic Acid or Aerobic System be the main system used?

For long distances, the aerobic system would be most predominant
