Section 3 slaughter

in terms of section 1 and 2 im doing well and proud of my performance, however im getting destroyed in section 3. what to do? btw im using med entry i heard that its section 3 is a bit more difficult. confirm?

Yeah medentry has very difficult section 3 questions, which I thought were harder than the questions on the actual UMAT. In terms of actually improving, I’d say don’t just aimlessly do practice questions. Properly take the time to learn the techniques in the medentry guides and try to improve through actively using these techniques in your practice questions. Section 3 is actually the easiest section to study for, however I just thought I could improve passively through practice and was destroyed in the actual UMAT, getting 40, which sucks as a lot of universities have the 50/50/50 rule.

I think from my experience of the UMAT this year, Medentry Section 3 questions in no way mirrored the types of questions that turned up on the actual thing. Like there were a few, but not enough imo to justify grinding through a lot of medentry drills.
