I've gotten through 4/5 of my exams this year so far! These will be raw scores but bear in mind I'm terrible at predicting.
Raw scores:
English: Hoping for a solid 40 (might be lower depending on SACs)
Specialist: 40 (I hope, anything goes after that disastrous Exam 2)
Physics: 42
Chinese SL: 38 (may be lower depending on SACs too)
Uni Maths: Hoping for a 4.5
Last year I got a raw 42 for Methods.
These subjects will all scale pretty high. I guess I would be elated with a 99+ ATAR.
Pretty disappointing reflection, did worse than expected for everything except english.
English: 43 (did not expect this since I was bummed out from my low SAC scores, guess my exam performance must have been good)
Specialist: 36 (performance on exams was not that good)
Physics: 39 (A A+ A, so I could've done better on the exam I think. My school is competitive with physics so even though my raw SAC marks were good, somehow my ranking must have not been that high)
Chinese SL: 36 (A bit mad about this, I did it through an external school with a small cohort and my SAC scores absolutely dragged me down since I got an A+ on the exam)
Uni maths: 4.0 (Like I expected, just missed out on the 80+ average)
ATAR: 98.85
I'm mainly disappointed in my raw scores since they scaled well. I can't stop comparing myself to others even though I know this ATAR is more than enough to get me into my courses. Anyways, a bit anticlimactic that two years of effort (or in my case, non-effort) is summed up in this single number.
