Suggestion: Make it possible to go to ATARNotes from VCENotes.

In light of the weird argument about the Water Cooler, is it possible to make it so that we can click something at the top of the forum bar which takes us to the ATARNotes forum from VCENotes?  I guess you can always just click on the Water Cooler itself, but for newbies or whatever it might be a nice addition - also in case someone from VCENotes wants to go check out HSCNotes or whatever.

I'll chuck that in on the top of each forum like on the ATARNotes page. Good idea
