Whats Fringe Enter?

Hey guys I was on VTAC looking at my first choice course, and I was wondering what a Fringe Enter is??

Project management at RMIT

Round 1 Clearly-in ENTER: 76.70

Round 1 Fringe ENTER: 75.20

Round 1 % of Offers Below Clearly-in ENTER: 11.54

oh and what is this 1% offers below clearly in stuff?

I am not certain so don't quote this, but I think that after all offers have been dished out, 95% of people got above the fringe enter. A certain amount of people get in based on ENTER alone (up to the clearly in enter) and then the rest of the applicants they consider of things.

oh and what is this 1% offers below clearly in stuff? = percentage of offers in round 1 below the clearly in enter (ie 11.54% of people who received a first round offer got less than 76.70)
