As I remember it, there are a total of 50 SAC marks for each semester, making up GA1 + GA2 = 100.
The oral has a mark out of 100, and the final written exam 75, but the written is multiplied by 4, giving 300, because its weighted higher than the oral. These sum together to give GA3 = 400.
