Glad to be here
I kinda chose my subjects in a way to keep my options open (Science, Humanities, Maths), but I definitely have more of an interest in Specialist and Methods rather than Legal Studies and English. There's no subject that has 100% ticked every box for me, but math and economics has done so more than the more literary subjects. Re the interesting assortment, to be fair I am the only person at my school doing that combo of subjects, clearly some people have a thing against specialist math
Its so great that you've kept your options open!
I was the exact same in high school - I much preferred my STEM subjects over subjects like English. And I so wish I could've done spesh but my school unfortunately didn't offer it
I just finished up a bridging course this semester to cover the spesh content though and I found it so rewarding!
Re "no subject ... has 100% ticked every box", I felt that way during Units 1&2. I found the content quite dry. Honestly, nothing tops Units 3&4. In particular, I loved Unit 3 methods and Unit 4 physics (with extra emphasis on unit 4 physics
