Can I still get a 40 in bio with these SAC marks??

Hi guys I was aiming for a 40+ study score but I think I’ve blown my chances coz I bombed out my Unit 4 SACs ( Here are my SAC scores so far...is aiming for a 40 still an achievable goal?? I’m losing hope

Don't lose HOPE!

A 40+ is still achievable. Your SAC marks only makeup 40% of your study score so I would focus on smashing out your last SAC and grinding out for that exam.

Also, your SAC marks don't mean as much as your ranking in your cohort. So as long as your somewhere around the top of your cohort you should still be in for a fighting chance. Don't give up !

Hey, as ionic doc said, welcome to the forums!

The thing with SAC scores is that they can be scaled by your exam scores.
If your teacher marks harsh and you and other people around you in your class smash the exam your sac grades will go up.
I averaged low 80s for both units last year but both units were scaled up to A+ and I got a 44 study score.

Adding on from Erutepa and Ionic Doc, I just wanted to emphasise how much more your ranking means than your percentage. ultimately if you got a 73%, but no one else got above a 72%, this would not ruin your chances at all.
