Hey guys, just wondering what everyones doing for PE to revise for the exam? I've done about 7/8 past exams but don't seem to be getting that much out of them... Anyone got any ideas/ done P.E in the past? Any help would be great (btw I'm aiming for 45+)

Make sure you are going over your mistakes and you understand everything that you got wrong. Another method of revision that works well is teaching others. If you like making posters or mindmaps that could help also :)

Areas of concern from the 2013 examination included
 energy system interplay
 lactate tolerance
 use of data in responses
 factors associated with the social-ecological model
 chronic adaptations to both aerobic and anaerobic training.
