VCAA 2008 Exam

Saw TT's thread in the other board and reminded me about posting this...


The exam has some missing parts due to copyright - does anyone have a hardcopy where they can upload the texts to be analysed and the stimulus material for the essay?

If I remember correctly, essay topic 2's "copyrighted material" was a (three-panel?) comic describing how a mother had to use SMS (or was it an email) to communicate with his son, both of whom happened to be at home.

Here is the copyrighted stimulus material for question 20 (the essay question).

Unfortunately it is in black and white. If you can't make out what's going on, the boy is drinking on the couch and receives a text from his mum who is right next to him telling him to use a coaster.
