hey great example exam thank you! for question 28 b would a zero force not be able to be established if the current of the two wires where acting in opposite directions? so a 0 is dependent on the current in the wires, not magnitude but direction??

Reasonably sure if that if the currents were acting in opposite directions, R would need to be placed outside the two wires (not in between!) - as one wire would attract it while the other would push it away; it's entirely possible to establish a zero force if the wires are acting in opposite directions. Not quite sure what the last part of your question means though :(

Hope this helps :)

Hi all,
As with the last 2 comments; I have decided to withdraw the exam publicly, for reasons I won't go into.

However, this doesn't mean I won't continue to distribute it. If you wish to access the exam, please send me a DM; and I'll happily help you out :)
