I have a job interview in like an hour and I dont really have the required experience etc. Its a pretty local waitering job. How much experience do you need to be a waiter?? What do they look for when choosing a waiter?? lol help!!

I don't know. Maybe you should be honest, but put a positive spin on things. Apparently, waiters are in high demand, especially at this time of year, so you'll probably be okay without experience (depending on where you want to work).
Good luck!

Well it was pretty good. The waiters are really nice, the chefs are not so great lol. My first shift involved cleaning and drying cups which got soooo boring after about half an hour. I had to buy ice from the iga round the corner, fill the salt and pepper things for each table, store wine and make lemon and lime bitters. It was alright overall but very tiring being on ur feet all day. I just hope my long term future job is at a desk for my legs sake.

LOL!!! I've been working 'on my feet' for the past 2 years, sometimes 12-14 hour shifts LOL!

But working at a desk has its pitfalls too.

Your back (from sitting badly).
Your arms and wrists (from RSI).
Your sanity (from your colleagues and the monotony of the environment).
