Business Management 2021 Exam Thoughts

What was everyones thoughts on the busman 2021 exam.

Not too sure since I don't take business management

I thought it was pretty easy compared to past years actually.

One question I'm worried about is the outline the key elements of an operations system.

My response was something like: inputs are the raw materials and resources used in operations. Processes is the transformation of inputs to outputs. Outputs is the finished good or service delivered to customers.

I'm concerned as outline usually requires more of a description that just defining. If you were an examiner, how many marks out of 3 (one's for each element) do you think this response would be given?

I think the 'outline' was 1 (maybe 2) marks, and the application to the case study was 3 (maybe 2) marks.

Yes, I'd agree, probs 2 for outline and 2 for apply.
