Ohhh, yes, Docklands, make sure that your lectures aren't 2-part ones, a lot of lectures are split into halves and held on different days, I made that mistake with my semester 1 timetable

I've only ever had two days off. It's useful for getting stuff done. With my hours, I could technically fit everything in over two days, but only through a lucky co-incidence.

Also, depending on what course you're doing, if those are 2 hour lectures, then there probably won't be any more, I don't think. That's what it look like I'm getting this year - 3 2 hour lectures instead of 6 1 hour lectures (I think it's a good thing).

What part of that are you confused about? Looks like you've put down your preferences correctly and everything ...

Sorry I should have been specific :P

What does it mean?
- P1 and P2
-why are there all differnt dates and stuff?
-Why are P1 things like say for example 27% but P2 for all are 0%?

P1 and P2 refer to part 1 and part 2 of the lecture. That is, the lectures for this subject are divided into two parts which happen at different times. Hence the different dates.

e.g. my torts lectures take up 3 hours per week - 1.5 hours on Monday at 2pm, and the other 1.5 hours on Wednesday at 2pm.

The % refers to both parts since you can't have P1 of a lecture without its P2. Allocate+ is just screwed up and thinks P2 is a completely different lecture. Don't worry about it :P

Okay. Example. The first one (27% one).
P2 tute is held on April 7.
P1 tute is held from March 3 to March 31, and then April 21 to June 2.

Same time, but different dates :P

do they mind if as one tutorial ends, you're suppose to be in another - as in , theres no actual time between classes?

@ Monash, classes finish 5/6 mins 2 the hour and start 5/6 mins past the hour.
I 4get whether it's 5 or 6 minutes but u get the idea... u have bout 10 minutes 2 get 2 ur nxt class
(except when u've got a lecturer that wants 2 keep going and going, lol ...our miceco lecturer would always wait 4 the dozen or so of us 2 trudge in l8 from our BusLaw lecture).

Docklands is doing Business so you'd be able to fit in Commerce in 3 days. Possibly 2 if you're lucky like Docklands.

BCom can fit comfortably in2 3 days, if u're lucky with the days ur lectures r offered.
It's ridiculous 2 suggest and highly unlikely, but theoretically possible 4 u 2 fit a 4 unit BCom load in2 1 day (an 8am to 6pm day without a break - ouch.)
2 days is pretty damn good!!
Oh, but bear in mind that while u only have classes 2 days a week, u'll definitely have 2 study more than jst those 2 days.
Srsly go 4 the 2 day timetable if Alloc8+ is nice enuf 2 give it 2 u - it's nice having 2 travel less.

Man. After doing using allocate+ and writing down the potential timetable for my course, i'm beginning to see that it looks VERY busy. I'll have to go to uni every fucking day of the week and some days have soooo many activities. diofisdjfsdjfklsdjfklsd I want to be able to have at least one day off so I can work :S

haha. my timetable with allocate+ is pretty sweet - 4 days (i have wednesday off) but my Thursday is pretty packed and all my activities are back to back from 11-5!?

How can you get from one lecture to another lecture when they start/end at the same time - I guess it doesn't really matter, but still, I don't want to rush to the lecture and miss out of some vital stuff.
