Hey! My friend told me we receive a letter requesting we go to an interview, not an email. Can anyone verify this?

I'm not too sure. Usually, selective schools send out emails but I'm not 100% sure. :)

EDIT: Anything from anyone yet?

I'm pretty sure you receive an email because it's easier to decline/accept the offer.

Also, results should come out at 4-5pm some time this week (don't take my word on it) Good luck guys!

Can anyone answear these questions for me?

Define the elctrical parameters of voltage, current and resistance.

Explain how the resistance if an electrical circuut is calculated.

Describe ways in which the resistance of a simple circuit can be changed.

Thanks

err not sure what that first question means, but you can find the resistance of a circuit using Ohm's law (v=ir) so that's voltage is equal to current * resistance. or resistance is equal to voltage divided by current. (Did i get that right??)
The resistance of a simple circuit can be changed by increasing collisions like lamps, I think. What's this for?

What quinn_03 said before about Ohm's Law (V=IR)

It also depends on whether the circuit is a series or parallel (I think).
Series: R = R1 + R2
For example, two resistors with 100Ω would have a resistance of 200Ω.

Parallel: 1/R = 1/R1 + 1/R2
For example, two resistors with 100Ω would have a resistance of 50Ω.

ahh I remember doing electrical circuits at my tutoring last term ahah speaking of which, I don't have to go to tutoring anymore yay (I know I sound ungrateful but they really didn't help much and really all they did was put me in a miserable state)

I don't blame you ahah. Tutoring sometimes feels like a waste of time, especially when you complete the work early and you already know how to do it.
