How likely is it for them to run out of a spot for Physics unit 2? I want to do it, but both my first and Last name starts with a Z, and I think it's very likely for them to have the course confirmation done in alphabetical orders.......

hmm... I don't think it would be fair for it to be like that. Maybe it depends on your other electives because some classes may clash with eachother so they instead pick another elective

For the electives its only really 2 electives 1 each semester so it shouldn't clash. Lots of people whould want to do physics because its a VCE subject and you can accelerate it in year 11.  How many of you guys are going to do maths methods next yr? Also when do we get our time and date for the course confirmation?

Most students from Quarks to Quasars get recommendations as the teachers are already aware of their performance (that's how I got my recommendation).

So you're saying that if I do well enough in Quarks, then I can skip unit 2 physics?

you can't skip Unit 2 Physics as you need it to be able to accerlerate and do Unit3/4 Physics in year 11

not sure, but they said they'd be held during the week of nov 20-24, so probably a week beforehand. I think it'd be during school hours.
