BMP and Medical Rural Bonded Scholarships

how does one actually express their interest in these the bonded medical places and Medical Rural Bonded Scholarships? is it done through GEMSAS or some other method? Also, if someone was to apply for a bonded medical places or a Medical Rural Bonded Scholarship is there a greater chance for him/her to get a place? Do all medical schools have bonded medical places and Medical Rural Bonded Scholarships?
