Since i have consistently been plagued by a weak immune system. I've missed out on 15% of all my Biology Classes, which meant I have not covered Chapter 5 or 8. Is there a way I could possibly recuperate from this before the Biology Exam or should I just start exam revision ?. My Class have nearly finished the course.

Everyone keeps getting pissed off me when I'm like
Me :"Omg i think i failed the SAC"
Teacher "you got the highest in the class"
Class : *cringe*.
But in all seriousness, if you've covered it yourself then you should be fine... read through the textbook, write notes/answer Q's as you normally would, and ask your teacher if there's anything you don't understand.

Dude honestly it doesn't matter, just read over it by yourself, and i'm sure a lot of people also probably don't even revise constantly so they don't know stuff too.
