Always (unless otherwise instructed) turn right from the left lane.
Besides hook turns, no.

I clarify: where you can turn right from more than one lane (i.e. large intersections), always turn from the leftmost right-turning lane.

Or to understand it a bit more, unless instructed to do so, always go into the lane that would get you either to the middle lane (in three lane roads) or the left lane (in two lane roads) of the road you are turning into.
