has anyone finished the course???/

im so depresed
im hearing ppl have already finished the methos course
and here i am struggling with chapter 2!
is there still a chance of getting a good mark..
with pplz already doing practice exams?
good mark= above 40
and pls don't be too optimistic..like if u try your best..crap

Learning something earlier than you doesn't mean they'll be better at it than you by exam time. I just kept up at SAC pace at school and I did fine, so no, you don't have to go ahead or anything.

thx...but all those who got over 99 like did the course unofficailly, and just started doing practise exams since jan.. it freaks me out.. and there is no way i can compete wit these guys... cause i aint no genius......im a slow learned..takes me ages....

Well I don't think polky started doing practice exams since January and she got 99.95.

Take note of the word 'unofficially'. As someone else said, we'll see how these study methods turn out. Besides, these are just a few people. Believe me when I say the majority of the state isn't like this.

Well I don't think polky started doing practice exams since January and she got 99.95.

For methods I did practice exams about a month before exams and I emerged with a 42.  Heck for all my subjects I didn't do prac exams till ~1 month before exams (make that 1 week for English) and I never worked more than 2 chapters ahead of class.

Definitely do not worry about all the people have have finished the course already.  I don't think you are in any way disadvantaged.  Just try your best, don't be intimidated by others!

dont let those peopple freak you out. i did the course as we went along in class, all the way up to the final chapter with every one else. I got 42 for methods.

I think most people who got 49-50 for methods in my class just kept up to pace with the classwork (granted they were quite smart). You definitely don't need to finish the course or anything like that.

The key to getting a good score in methods and specialist is not how early you finish the course. I believe it's more in your algebra foundation.
