I'm still not sure myself yet... they seem very very pricey and i dont really want to burden my parents... im not even convinced if they're that effective. So, im still deciding.

I'd like to know what the rest of VN is doing.

If possible post your reasons why...might make the thread a bit more lively  :D

I would suggest as a bare minimum that you purchase the two practice tests and official practice exam from acer (i think you actually get the first one free when you register for the UMAT).  you wan't to at least have some idea of what you will be doing in the exam, plus you also want to have an understanding of the strict time constraints you have to work under.

I am also doing MedEntry.  So far it looks pretty good and worth the money, but I suppose I won't really know whether it is any good until after the UMAT is over and I get my percentile rank.

I don't think I'll do a preparation course. Although I'm considering medicine at this point, I'm leaning towards straight science, so I don't think it's imperative that I attain exceptionally high UMAT scores. If I do well, that's great, if I don't, perhaps it's a sign that medicine's not for me.
