Planning on getting one to supplement my pc - thoughts, info etc?

Or maybe one of the new tablets?

Considering Asus Eeepc1005pe or whatever it's called.

Just needs to be fast, light and have a webcam that isn't completely shit.

Also I'd probs remove windows and put a netbook specific OS on it. Jolicloud?

Yeah seen that. Considered it but netbook better for taking notes/don't look like an idiot struggling with holding it.
