My holiday watch list:
Memento, the social network, the last samurai, Inception, Gangs of New york, Traffic, Top Gun, se7en, The Godfather 1+2, American Gangster, American History X, There will be blood, Run Lola Run, Waltz With Bashir

Anything else that has Denzel Washington or Daniel Day Lewis

-Also try get through the Imbd 250 list - there are some quality films

Lotta people have recommended Inception... i saw half of it this morning and i don't see what's so good about it! :( i must have bad taste

yea i didnt think it was that great either.
same with Avatar the first time i saw it was a crap copy so without any effects or anything. i slept the whole way through cause the storyline was so shiet.   :buck2:

   Anything on Roger Ebert's Great Movies list. (Though if you aren't partial to abstract cinema, steer clear of Fellini, Ozu, Bunuel and Renoir.)
