Does it matter what order the following is presented in an Experiment Report and is there aything missing or incorrect?

Title/Heading
Aim of experiment
Partners (if any)
Introduction (Formulas, explanations of key thoeries/formulae, Diagrams etc)
Risk Assessment
Materials
Method (scientific two dimensional drawings/sketches)
Results and graphs
Discussion (what happened, interesting things etc)
Conclusion (eg, F=72.119N)
'07 - English 1/2, General Maths 1/2, Legal Studies 1/2, Accounting 1/2, Information Technology 1/2, Industry & Enterprise 1/2
'08 - English 1/2, Maths Methods 1/2, Physics 1/2, Psychology 1/2, Food Technology 1/2, IT Applications 3/4 (35 -> 31)
'09 - Accounting 3/4, English 3/4, Legal Studies 3/4, Physics 3/4, Mathematical Methods CAS 3/4

yeap that's a fine set out. Make sure you clearly state whether you achieved your aim or not in the conclusion, short and sharp.
You can also discuss a bit about the uncertainties and random/systematic errors which could occur in your discussion
PhD @ MIT (Economics).

Interested in asset pricing, econometrics, and social choice theory.

Projectile Motion / Hookes Law
Firing a marble at increasing inclines using an extension spring and calculating trajectory and force of spring at different extensions.

yeap that's a fine set out. Make sure you clearly state whether you achieved your aim or not in the conclusion, short and sharp.
You can also discuss a bit about the uncertainties and random/systematic errors which could occur in your discussion

One more question.
When showing diagrams of the apparatus should it be shown in the Introduction or the Procedure (Method)?

Definitely in the procedure.

The introduction is basically outlining the aim of the experiment.
PhD @ MIT (Economics).

Interested in asset pricing, econometrics, and social choice theory.
