Pre-requisites

Is it in any way possible to get into a course for which you haven't met the pre-requisites?
I was always planning to do a Bachelor of Arts but have recently given it some thought and am wishing I applied for a double degree in Arts/Commerce. However, I did not complete any maths this year.
Could I still get into the double degree at some point regardless?

I'm not too sure but if you could take the equivalent maths subject in first year, you may be able to transfer from arts to arts/comm in the middle or end of 1st year.

One of my teacher's somehow managed to do a course that had a prerequisite of chemistry, yet he never completed chemistry in Year 12.

The story gets better: he ended up being my Year 12 chemistry teacher.

Win.

Yeah, this.  Take the Methods pre-requisite at uni, pass that subject and you'll be eligible for entry into Arts/Commerce.
