Does being in year 11 mean not a VTAC applicant?

For yr 11 you can go down and ask the school on the day the results are released, or you can check it online, but you have to do something slightly different since you don't have a vtac login.

Internet

The Internet service is free and available 24 hours a day from:

7am Friday 16 December 2011 to:
5pm Wednesday 21 December 2011 (AEDST).
Log on to resultsandatar.vic.edu.au using your VCAA student number and PIN

If you are a VTAC applicant use your VTAC PIN
If you are not a VTAC applicant use the first four digits of your birthdate (e.g. 17 July = 1707)

So to really answer your question, yes because you haven't applied for courses through VTAC. So your password is your birthday.
