Something weird about some Moderatator tool?

Okays when I logged in today I get a 'yellow star' that says "moderation", I think theres an error going on.

Theres no way I could be a moderator :P.

It seems to be a bug where the 'moderate' button comes up - it happened to a few other people in the past if I remember correctly.

I'm pretty sure it disappears if you refresh or something like that, and anyway, even if you do click on it should say something like 'you don't have the appropriate permissions' etc.
