To be honest mate I don't think you will unfortunately  :-\ . But just wait for first round and second round offers you might just get lucky ;). If you don't get into biomed then you could always do science.....in science you can do everything offered in biomed plus more!

You probably won't get it, because you're quite a fair bit below the cut-off, but you might get lucky in round 2. In reality though, you'll easily get into Science and it's pretty similar to BioMed if you take the right subjects and complete a Biological-(ish) major.

off-topic, but does under-represented schools fit into that category?

on topic;
if you're below the access scheme cut off, then you won't make first round offers, that's a given

Whilst you have received an ATAR of lower than the Clearly-In, provided you've done your SEAS application correctly and submitted all required documentation, then you will still be accessed on your individual circumstance and if the selection authorities believe that you would succeed in Biomed, then they'll select you.

Just one of the two would suffice.

I've been told that UoM doesn't give out second round offers? Or have I misunderstood?

They do.  But very, very few.  And if you're not a SEAS applicant, then there's next to no chance.
