hi guys :)
I'm currently planning to do a double degree(commerce/law) in monash..
however,if i found i'm not interested in one of the degrees..
could i drop one of them after the first semester or earlier??
in addition,im a international student..
would it be dead hard for a non-local student to complete a law degree(as there would be a bit language problem.. :-\
any advice??much appreciated!!!

U can drop either commerce or law in monash after the first year if you think it's not for you. I'm not sure how hard it would be to drop since ur an international student, but i'm assuming it's the same process as local students. Language problems would definitely pose a problem if you're doing law, but i'm sure (if you've done foundation english at colleges or something equivalent), u can cope with the rigours. I think it comes down to ur motivation to study hard, really.
