what other ways can one get into medecine at monash if not after year 12?

I'm pretty sure Gippsland does graduate med. If you're talking about Clayton, you can't. They only accept year 12 leavers into their program.

if someone doesent get the required ATAR then what course should he/she do in order to be able to then apply for Med?

Undergraduate or postgraduate? Are you willing to go interstate?

If you want to do graduate med, there's no required undergraduate degree to do perse. Biomedicine is a very popular choice with people (especially those looking to do the Melbourne MD), but Science is a good pathway choice as well.

You can do any course you want. In order to apply for Melbourne uni's graduate medicine you must have completed certain subjects, but other graduate medicine courses have no such requirements.
