e. Produce a pesticide that targets the active site of a particular enzyme within the pathogen. Perhaps target an enzyme that is involved in respiration, meaning the pathogen will no longer be able to produce enough energy to live.

4. antifungal drugs would work better, antibiotics are mainly used for bacterial infections.
