I have endured bad circumstances this year studying VCE year 12 which will be reflected in my score. I did apply for SEAS catergories 1,3,4. Since I applied and put in my supporting documents, does this mean I will be considered for access melbourne or is it a seperate application?

Yes, you should qualify for Access Melbourne, provided that you did the SEAS application properly, and (obviously) get the Access Melbourne ATAR required for entry.

I'm an Access Melbourne student - disadvantaged background and also had some awful circumstances during VCE - and if things are still the same then you're automatically considered providing you have the right documentation and get the ATAR score required for entry via Access Melbourne~
